Asher’s Big Surprise

To answer your question, how the surprise was received. They didn't act really excited when they first saw it because I think they assumed it wouldn't really work. Once they tried it and saw the difference it made, (and how happy Asher was) they were very, very pleased. Then we told them it was theirs. They were kind of in shock which quickly changed to joy!. They called it Asher's dune buggy on the sand and his pirate ship in the water. They loved it and are very touched that it is Asher's to use for years to come. A HUGE HIT!!  Patty

We will be using it again this fall for me mother-in-law and again in December when Asher and his family are planning another trip.

Thank you so, so much! It's wonderful!

Beach Walker Photographer

I took my beach walker on a photographic expedition to Cape May, NJ and was extremely pleased. Part of that was the performance of the walker and part was becoming more familiar with it. I am an avid semi-professional photographer and being constrained taking pictures on the beach by virtue of balance issues has been difficult. The beach walker moved well on the less disturbed sand in Cape May. And, the seat storage compartment was ideal for carrying my $4,000 camera safely. I did put some padding in the bottom of the compartment so that the camera was better insulated from the walker structure underneath. There are two benefits of the walker that I had not anticipated when I purchased it. It is so maneuverable that I found it very easy to position it, lock the brakes, and sit in it to photograph various things. And, one of my physical challenges is needing to learn a better gate as I tend to walk in a way that spreads my balance. I found myself walking normally using the beach walker. It was so pronounced, that I purchased a regular Nova walker just to do physical therapy towards improving my gate. I currently do not usually use a cane or walker, though I usually have a cane available in the event I am entering a challenging situation. So I did not have a walker and it never occurred to me to use it one occasionally for training as opposed to relying on one for walking
